We have been getting in the festive spirit, ready for Christmas, we helped to choose the Nursery Christmas tree from Golding’s Nursery. we held our annual Christmas party with a variety of activities for the children and parents to participate in. Santa visited our nursery and the children all were given a present. We have also held play and stay sessions for our parents to come and participate in activities.

We enjoyed a Christmas Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings. We even pulled crackers!
Throughout December the children have been making a variety of Christmas themed activities for their families, the pre-school children have also been talking about the importance of Christmas and the giving and receiving of presents.
The older pre-school children had the opportunity to go to Dove Court care home, they have been practising their Christmas songs at nursery and sang these for the residents in a special Christmas sing-along.
