Wisbech Nursery March 2019

Following on from these interests from a young age will encourage them to develop their interests in transport, science and engineering.

Our younger children, have been on a trip to the park, where they enjoyed playing on the swings and they had such a fun time at the sensory play area and they enjoyed seeing themselves in the mirrors and exploring the light up boards.

Our Toddlers, created their own special letters and took a walk to the post office to post them and they will be very excited when they receive their special letters from the postman.

Our Pre-schoolers, took a trip to the local care home, where they played games and did some puzzles with some of the elderly residents. The preschool children have also been talking about being healthy as part of their current topic and one group, took a trip out to the local farm shop, to buy some fresh fruit and vegetables and another group walked to the local store to buy some ingredients to use in their “Little Chef’s” Cookery Club session, they took their shopping lists, so they knew what they needed to buy.
