This month’s we’ve been looking at ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ book. We counted the fruit in the book and then we’ve had the same fruits for snack. We had lots of fun helping adults to prepare the snack and then choose the fruit we like.
We’ve looked at the book and decided that we wanted to do some caterpillars and we’ve used the sponges to do them. The Very Hungry Caterpillar painting is displayed on the wall and we can talk about our paintings, now we know The Very Hungry Caterpillar turns into butterfly and we’ve started to do some butterfly footprints.
