Throughout February the children have experienced a variety of trips out as the weather is getting nicer linking to their current topics. The under-two’s unit visited a local sensory room where they had lots of fun exploring all the different lights, sounds and buttons. The Preschool and Big toddler children visited the park where they looked at the different vehicles they passed on the way. Before climbing with confidence on a variety of different equipment.
The children also celebrated Chinese New Year, the year of the Pig by making lanterns to decorate the setting as well as exploring chopsticks. Painting their names and picking up different objects using them.
