This term our children continued exploring the world around them and learn more about themselves as they engaged in autumn themed activities. We were lucky to experience both dry and wet days, during which we were able to have lots of fun indoors and outside

This month our children were focusing on getting to know each other and some of the new faces that we have. We learnt all about our routines, likes and dislikes as well as what makes us who we are.

This month we have learnt all Summer and Things That Move. We continued to observe and learn about the changing weather as we welcomed some warmer and colder days.

This month the children have been busy exploring our Autumn topic of Marvellous Me. This has been an exciting opportunity to get to know our children and their families as they have settled further into the term with us.

During the month of August, the children have been busy in the nature garden looking at the story The Tiny Seed. The children have then planted their own seeds in the garden and have been watching their sunflowers and tomatoes grow.
